Domestic Orders (India)
- All listed prices are inclusive of GST and applicable taxes.

International Orders
- Standard Rate: A flat shipping fee of ₹4,000 applies to international artwork orders.
- Customs & Duties: Please note that any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges are not included at checkout and must be borne by the recipient.
Special Handling & Additional Charges To ensure your artwork arrives safely, extra shipping fees may apply in the following scenarios:
- The piece requires specialized packaging, such as a wooden crate.
- The artwork is custom-framed.
- The piece is oversized (artworks with the shorter side exceeding 36 inches, or decor items with any side over 35 inches).
- Your order contains more than two different product types.
- You request express shipping (please contact support for availability).

When will I receive my item?
We dispatch all in-stock items within 3–5 business days. For made-to-order artworks, please allow approximately 45 days for crafting and dispatch. You'll receive updates on your order status throughout the process.
Can I change or return my item?
As our artworks are unique handcrafted pieces, we do not accept returns.
However, Textile, Bracelets items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
