We Are the Bridge Between Centuries-Old Craft and Modern Collectors
Avyaan was born from a deeply personal mission. Our founder watched master craftsmen — whose families had preserved their art for centuries — struggle to find buyers who truly valued their work. Middlemen diluted their stories. Mass production threatened their traditions. The world was losing irreplaceable cultural treasures.
We built Avyaan to change that. We travel to the remote villages of Nathdwara, Raghurajpur, Thanjavur, and Patan — sitting with artisan families, understanding their craft, and bringing their masterpieces directly to collectors worldwide. No middlemen. No mass production. Just authentic, handcrafted heritage art, delivered with the stories and provenance that make each piece a living treasure.
When you buy from Avyaan, 50% of the price goes directly to the artisan family. You're not just buying art — you're sustaining a tradition and feeding a family that has kept India's cultural heritage alive for generations.

The Master Hands Behind Every Masterpiece
Shri Badrilal Chitrakar
Pichwai Painting • NathdwaraBadrilal ji learned the sacred art of Pichwai painting at age seven, sitting beside his father in the shadow of the Shrinathji temple. His family has painted for the temple for over 200 years. Each piece takes 3-8 weeks of painstaking work using natural pigments ground by hand — a process unchanged since the 17th century.

Why Buying Authentic Indian Heritage Art Has Been Nearly Impossible — Until Now
Fake 'Handmade' Art Everywhere
Online marketplaces are flooded with machine-printed replicas sold as 'authentic handcrafted' art. Without expertise, it's nearly impossible to tell the difference. Thousands of buyers have been deceived into paying premium prices for factory-made copies.
Verified Authentic, Always
Every piece undergoes our rigorous 5-step authentication process. You receive a Certificate of Authenticity with the artisan's name, family lineage, craft technique, materials used, and creation date. Provenance you can trust.
No Provenance or Documentation
Most sellers can't tell you who made the piece, what materials were used, or where it was created. You're buying a mystery — with no way to verify its authenticity or cultural significance.
Complete Artisan Stories
Every piece comes with its full story — the artisan family's history, the specific technique used, the cultural significance of the motifs, and often a personal message from the creator. You don't just own art; you own a chapter of India's living heritage.
Artisans Exploited by Middlemen
Master artisans — families who've preserved these traditions for centuries — often receive less than 20% of the retail price. Middlemen capture the value, while the creators struggle to survive.
Fair Trade, Direct Support
50% of every sale goes directly to the artisan family. No middlemen. No exploitation. When you buy from Aavyaan, you're directly sustaining families who have kept these art forms alive for generations.
Poor Quality Shipping & Handling
Heritage art requires specialized packing and handling. Most online sellers use standard packaging, resulting in damaged pieces arriving at your doorstep — with little recourse for the buyer.
Museum-Grade Protection
Acid-free archival materials, custom-fitted protective layers, and reinforced corners ensure your art arrives in perfect condition. Every package is insured and tracked. If anything goes wrong, we make it right — guaranteed.
