Avyaan — Returns & Refund Policy

Every piece we offer is made to order by a master artisan — created exclusively for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for orders that arrive in the expected condition.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and dispatch, but if something does go wrong and your order arrives damaged or with a defect, we want to make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a brief description of the issue — reach us at info.avyaan25@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 90162 33045.

Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following:

  • Repair, where the piece allows for it
  • A replacement of the affected item
  • Store credit or a full refund for the item's value

Approved refunds are processed on our end immediately. Your bank may take 5–7 business days to reflect the amount.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • All damage or defect claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window cannot be processed.
  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are inherent to handcrafted work — each piece is unique by nature, and these are not considered defects.
  • Customised or personalised pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage in transit or a genuine quality issue.

Shipping & Logistics

We partner with reliable courier services to get your order to you safely and on time. Here is how we handle the uncommon situations:

Delays Because every Avyaan piece is made to order, production timelines can occasionally be affected by factors such as weather, the artisan's health, or prior commitments. We share expected timelines upfront and will always inform you if something changes. Courier-related or customs delays, while rare, can also occur — in any such case, we will follow up actively with both the artisan and the courier until your order is resolved.

Lost in Transit If your shipment is confirmed lost, we will work with the courier to investigate. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit — whichever works best for you.

Incorrect Address Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Avyaan cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

This website is governed by the laws of India. All disputes relating to the use of this website shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
